Community Rules

Thru works when people can trust what they read. These rules keep it honest, safe and fun.

The rules

• Be honest. Review real experiences you've actually had.
• Keep photos and videos about food, drinks and nightlife.
• No hate, threats, harassment or bullying.
• Don't share anyone's personal info, like phone numbers or home addresses.
• No spam, scams or adverts.
• No nudity or sexual content.
• Serious claims are allowed as your own experience. For example, "I got food poisoning after eating here" is fine; "this place poisons people" is not.

Reporting and blocking

• Tap ••• on any post, comment or profile to report it. Our team looks at every report.
• Block someone to stop seeing their posts and messages. They won't be told.
• Posts and messages are also checked automatically for safety.

If you break the rules

• We remove the post or comment.
• Your account gets a strike.
• Repeated or serious breaks lead to a temporary suspension.
• Very serious or repeated breaks lead to a permanent ban.
